IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- NO TENTS WILL BE ALLOWED. ALL UNITS MUST BE EITHER A FOOD TRUCK OR A FOOD TRAILER!
- All Mobile Food Vendors MUST maintain their Approved Vendor Status on the City of Edmonton Approved Vendors List, at least until July 14, 2025.
- All Mobile Food Vendors MUST provide proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance (minimum of $2,000,000), naming the Edmonton International Street Performers Festival Association as an additional insured.
- All Mobile Food Vendors must remain on site for the duration of StreetFest 2025 between scheduled load-in and load-out dates and must be operational during the times specified below:
- Friday, July 3/25 from 5:00PM to 10:00PM
- Saturday, July 5/25 to Saturday, July 12/25 from 10:00AM to 10:00PM
- Sunday, July 13/25 from 10:00AM to 5:00PM
- Vendors will receive notification of acceptance or rejection by Friday, April 18th, 2025.
BOOTH FEES:
Note: The size of booth space is the total space required: trailer hitches and overhangs as well as any space requirements for storage of product and/or preparation area included. Vendors will be required to provide a $200.00 damage deposit along with their fee payment. This damage deposit will be refunded at following the load-out at the end of the Festival, contingent upon a satisfactory site inspection.
15’ of frontage – 150 square feet* $4,600 + $230 GST = $4,830
20’ of frontage – 200 square feet* $5,000 + $250 GST = $5,250
25’ of frontage – 250 square feet* $5,400 + $270 GST = $5,670
*Standard 50 amps of power, fresh water and drainage provided with booth fee payment.
