BOOTH FEES:
15’ of frontage – 150 square feet* $4,600 + $230 GST = $4,830
20’ of frontage – 200 square feet* $5,000 + $250 GST = $5,250
25’ of frontage – 250 square feet* $5,400 + $270 GST = $5,670
*Standard 50 amps of Power, fresh water and drainage provided with booth fee payment.
Note: The size of booth space is the total space required: trailer hitches and overhangs as well as any space requirements for storage of product and/or preparation area included. Vendors will be required to provide a $200.00 damage deposit along with their fee payment. This damage deposit will be refunded at following the load-out at the end of the Festival, contingent upon a satisfactory site inspection.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- NO TENTS WILL BE ALLOWED. ALL UNITS MUST BE A FOOD TRUCK OR TRAILER!
- Vendors MUST be on the Approved Vendors List with the City of Edmonton.
- All Vendors must provide proof of minimum $2,000,000 Commercial General Liability Insurance naming Edmonton International Street Performers Festival Association as additional insured.
- All vendor food trucks and trailers must remain on site for the duration of the Festival between scheduled load-in and load-out dates and must be operational during the times specified below.
- Friday, July 5 – Saturday, July 13 from 11 AM to 11 PM
- Sunday, July 14 from 11 AM to 4 PM
- Vendors will receive notification of acceptance or rejection by Friday, April 26th, 2024.
