BOOTH FEES:
Vendors will be required to provide a $100.00 damage deposit along with their fee payment. This damage deposit will be refunded following the load-out at the end of the Festival, contingent upon a satisfactory site inspection.
10’ x 10’ — 100 square feet* $1,300 + $65 GST = $1,365
20’ X 20’ — 200 square feet* $2,100 + $105 GST = $2,205
*Standard 15 amps of Power provided with booth fee payment.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- All Vendors must provide proof of minimum $2,000,000 Commercial General Liability Insurance naming Edmonton International Street Performers Festival Association as additional insured.
- All vendor infrastructure must remain on site for the duration of the Festival between scheduled load-in and load-out dates and must be operational during the times specified below.
- Friday, July 5 – Saturday, July 13: 11 AM to 11 PM
- Sunday, July 14: 11 AM to 4 PM
- Vendors will receive notification of acceptance or rejection by Friday, April 26th, 2024.
